Moon exploration is a romantic dream for human. In 2004, the China Lunar Exploration Project ( CLEP ) officially started. China never stop exploring the moon. The moon is no longer an unreachable place. The Spirit of Chinese Lunar Exploration Project has a profound influence on the young generation in China.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As a worldwide brand, McDonald's also insists on paying attention to the development of Chinese next generation, and is committed to protecting the health and growth of children. Since 2018, McDonald's has started to support every child's imagination and dream through the ‘Light Up Dreams’ project.

The moon is 380,000 kilometers away from earth, which brings endless imagination for human. When the moon rises quietly and the brush touches the paper, our dreams will come true.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 2020,McDonald's ‘Light Up Dreams’ project teamed up with China Lunar Exploration Project ( CLEP ) to make children's dreams come true. Launched“CLEP x McDonald MISSION MOON 2020 LIMITED EDITION Designed by CHENPENG”(MM Lunar Exploration collabration). Through fashion design to interpret the dream of lunar exploration. Looking forward to encouraging children can grow up with the spirit, bravely portray the imagination of the unknown, and pursue dreams with greater courage and confidence.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This collection included 6 products:colorful down jackets, blue and white down jackets, bucket hat, handbags, t-shirt and hoodie. Inspired by spacesuits and spaceships. Chen Peng use the patterns element and keep his unique “ONE SIZE”style. All the products is fashionable and practical.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This collection presented a limited gift box (100 only) which is inspired by the Space Box. Each of them has two down jackets (adult & kid)、a hat、an exclusive number code and the certificate issued by the China Lunar Exploration Project (CLEP). The box also has a unique surprise fashion accessory - hand drawn badges which is inspired by the classic elements of McDonald's:Happy meal, ice cream, french fries, and burgers. McDonald’s and China Lunar Exploration Project ( CLEP ) hope that through this limited gift box to help young families to have high-quality parent-child time.
