MIZUNO, a century-old international sports brand, cooperated with Liu Cixin, one of the representative writers of the phenomenon science fiction novel IP, to adapt the The Wandering Earth Comics. On the occasion of new year, the two released a collaboration collection with the theme of ‘new hope type movement’, and it has been officially released in Chinese market. The collaboration also released the new year to do list 2023, in the name of science fiction to arouse people’s care to earth, humanity, sports and culture.

‘Hope is the priceless gold and diamonds.’ Mizuno uses the wandering Earth manga as inspiration and combines futuristic design styles, realizing the perfect integration of futuristic styling and technology functionality.

 

This collection not only draws inspiration from the Wandering Earth comics in color matching and graphic design, but also integrates the core spirit of the brand "REACH BEYOND" to break through the dimensional barrier of virtual reality, combining the future imagination of science and technology with the reality, and continue the original book's deep concern for human development and future destiny. Supplemented by its unique urban future perspective, it conveys the core concept of "new hope type movement" with technology, attitude and care, realizing a new fashion and cultural expression of professional sports brand.
